Laughing, she stepped back to allow him into the room. “Well I suppose this is true.” She said and watched him stand there awkwardly for a few minutes. When he apologized, she crossed over to him. Leaning up on her toes she pressed her lips against his cheek softly. “Don’t…
When she placed her lips upon him, she felt a little odd at first because she wasn’t sure she was supposed to. No matter though. This was her friend, someone she was once close to. Smiling at his laugh she knew things were going to end up back to normal between the two of them. Stitch seemed to be eager about his present once she was reminded about it. With a smile, she held the chain and figurine in the palm of her hand and watched him cross the room to her. When he sat on the bed next to her a giant smile spread across her face. “Okay here it is.” She said to him as she placed it in his hand. When Stitch would look at it, he would see a little figurine. No bigger than 2 inches high. It was a wooden carving of a koala bear. At least it should be. The ears were much too large to be a koala. But there was a bit of a resemblence in shape. The details of the nice and face were carved with great care. Though if one was honest the figurine did look like it was slightly unpolished.

Humming to herself, Tas began to braid her hair. It had been a good day so far. She’d gotten to have lunch with Marie and then she met a new girl in the courtyard. Classes had been eAt, seemed like they were going to be that way at least a few more days.
She wondered if…

Leaning up on her toes she pressed her lips against his cheek softly. “Don’t apologize. You had shot going on. You weren’t being a D. You were being an awkward hermit.” She said absolutley sincere. Leaning back down, she went to sit on her bed. Stitch made his way to Ariels bed and she wasn’t exactly sure if that was a positive or a negative thing. To her it seemed like their friendship had drastically changed and she wasn’t happy about that. She missed the old Stitch. The one she could be herself with. As the past began to rear its ugly head in, she was interrupted from her thoughts. Stitch was asking about his gift. That’s right! She had totally spaced about it for the past two minutes when it was the very reason she wanted him to come over. Crawling up to the night stand, age opened the small drawer and.rumaged for a few minutes. “Got you!” She exclaimed as she pulled out a chain. “Now its nothing special but I thought of you for some reason when I made it.” She said as she turned and awaited for him to come get his gift.

It had been awhile since Stitch had really spent any time with Tas. He knew he was at fault. What with the drama of last year between him, Alice, and Ariel he kept mostly to himself. If he wasn’t in class or by himself he hid away with Ariel. Yeah it made him a shit friend, and he had every…

Classes had been eAt, seemed like they were going to be that way at least a few more days. She wondered if Stitch was really going to com over. Sure she had told him that he should but that didn’t mean anything. Tas was merely his friend and he may or may not listen to her. However, she did hope he would come. She wanted to give his gift, it had taken her almost the entire summer to make it. Looking at the small object she truly hoped he would like it. Hearing g a knock on the door, she got up and made her way over. When she heard Stitch she giggled. “Now why would I do that?” She said with a smirk as she opened the door and looked up at him.

i’m lucky, i know | Wendy and Pocahontas
wendy-moira:
Wendy smiled warmly, putting the previous embarrassment and homesickness behind her. At the very least, she could be polite, even thought talking with this girl made her want to be genuinely friendly. “Pocahontas. What a lovely and interesting name. It’s nice to meet you as well!” She said, reaching across and holding out her hand, as she had often seen her mother do when meeting new guests.
“Oh, yes. London is a beautiful place in its own right, but it’s often foggy, a bit muggy. Nothing like this. Bk tht it’s home, and I do love it. Where are you from?” Wendy asked, raising a curious eyebrow. If there was one thing the Academy was good at providing, it was people of different backgrounds, from all areas of the world. There certainly was never a dull personality, that was for sure.
As the girl seemed to lighten up, Pocahontas couldn’t help but smile. It was good to see that someone was able to relax and enjoy the little missteps in life instead of dwelling on them. However, Pocahontas felt that the girl was still hiding something. Or, at least, holding onto something she did not want to share.
Blushing softly at the girls reaction to her name Pocahontas also extended her and gripped the girls hand. “I guess it is.” she laughed softly and shook the girls hand. As the girl began to talk about London, she raised an eyebrow. “Where is London?” she asked a but surprised that such a dreary place existed. Of course, she was sure there were a thousand more places than just her own little home. “Ummm I am from what you would call the United States.” she replied with a simple shrug. It never seemed a big deal to her. (Source: lqfabrayic, via lqfabrayic)

wendy-moira:
Wendy realized she must have looked a bit touched in the head for murmuring to herself, but rather than explain herself and make a bigger fool, she decided to just leave it be, letting her sheepish expression say all she needed to. Fantastic first impression, Wendy, she thought. Let’s just scare all potential friends away by looking crazy.
“Oh.” Well, that answered that question, but it still didn’t help Wendy figure out why she was so familiar. “Well. I’m Wendy, Wendy Darling. It’s very nice to meet you….?” She trailed off, looking at the girl for her name. Her eyes flickered over the tan girl’s face, struggling to figure out what was so known to her. Something about the tone of her skin, or maybe the shape of her face…Tiger Lily! She thought, feeling a sense of relief wash over her. That’s what it is.
“Yes, it is quite a lovely day,” Wendy responded, smiling slightly as she tilted her head up again, enjoying the warm breeze on her skin. ”It’s not like this a lot where I’m from, so it’s a nice change.” She elaborated, putting her hands in her lap. London was usually dreary, and blustery, more ferocious breezes that nipped at her skin rather than caressed it like this one. The Academy was in a beautiful location, sunny and beautiful, not too hot nor too cold.
Pocahontas saw the girls reaction and felt a little bad. Perhaps she had done something wrong? Shaking her head at the thought, she hoped that the girl was not offended by her. It seemed that perhaps she would need to be more cautious as to how and when she spoke to the people here.
When the girl introduced herself, Pocahontas’ eyes became wide. Well congrats on messing up an introduction Tas. she mentally scolded herself for a moment and grinned slightly. Pink rising in her cheeks she cleared her throat. “My name is Pocahontas.” she answered sheepishly. “It’s a pleasure to meet you Wendy Darling.”
“Really?” she asked, slightly puzzled. Pocahontas knew there were other places than her own home but she did not really understand that there were climates that did not have warm summery days in which one could just revel in the wonders of nature. And to not have them often, well that was just a shame. (Source: lqfabrayic, via lqfabrayic)
